Check-in from 3:00 PM | Check-out till 11:00 AM
Day Spa Package* Check-in from 9:00 AM | Check-out till 5:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out on request
Visitor Policy:
Please note that in view of the present scenario, no visitors are allowed at any point of time during your stay.
Entrance Policy:
Upto 5 yrs – No Charge 5 yrs to 12 yrs – 50% of single room charge More than 12 yrs as adult 100% as of single room charge. ID required for entry
Dining policy:
Children above 5 years are not included in the buffet package.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and your plans may need to change. To accommodate such situations, we offer the following cancellation policy:
Date Change:
If it is not possible for you to avail of our services or stay due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a free date change anytime within the next 4 months. Simply inform us of your need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates, subject to availability.
Gift Card Option:
If you are still uncertain about your plans within the next 4 months, we can offer you a gift card for the same amount as your booking. This gift card will be valid for redemption whenever you visit Northumberland Heights in the future. It provides you with the flexibility to decide on your visit at a later date, ensuring you don’t miss out on the experience you deserve.
Note:
- Requests for date changes or gift cards must be made in writing or via email.
- Date changes are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed at Northumberland Heights.
- Any price difference for bookings made under the new dates will be applicable.
- Cancellations made outside of this policy may be subject to standard cancellation fees.
