Date Change:

If it is not possible for you to avail of our services or stay due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a free date change anytime within the next 4 months. Simply inform us of your need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates, subject to availability.

Gift Card Option 

If you are still uncertain about your plans within the next 4 months, we can offer you a gift card for the same amount as your booking. This gift card will be valid for redemption whenever you visit Northumberland Heights in the future. It provides you with the flexibility to decide on your visit at a later date, ensuring you don't miss out on the experience you deserve.

Note:

• Requests for date changes or gift cards must be made in writing or via email.
• Date changes are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed at Northumberland Heights.
• Any price difference for bookings made under the new dates will be applicable.
• Cancellations made outside of this policy may be subject to standard cancellation fees.
